Hayek turned out to be right.  Friedman rode his coat-tails, saying the exact same things as him only three decades later.  He got all the credit that Hayek deserved for destroying Keynes (which he did while Keynes was actually still alive, so there.)  Hayek lived to see the fail of the Soviet Union, something he predicted for the precise reason it fell back in the '40s.  He's a BAMF is what I'm saying.

 

And the Chicago school made a lot of errors in judgment.  They differed with the Austrian school on the Federal Reserve.  The Austrians hated that the Federal Reserve controls the interest rate and not the free market.  And the housing boom and bust proved the Austrians right on that point.  Unfortunately, those who hold the Austrian torch today are all of the "uncle you only see during family get-togethers" crazy.

One of our goals for healing is to tone down the raw throughput of healers relative to the size of player health pools. Currently, as healers and their allies acquire better and better gear, the percentage of a player’s health that any given heal restores increases significantly. As a result, healers are able to refill health bars so fast that we have to make damage more and more “bursty” in order to challenge them. Ideally, we want players to spend some time below full health without having healers feel like their groupmates are in danger of dying at any moment.

I keep my bucket list on evernote to add things when needed. Its sort of become a list of long term goals rather than a bucket list so I'll cherry pick a bit and choose the ones I'd be really disappointed if I never achieved them in my life.

-See the world from above in a hot air balloon
-Send my parents to Paris maybe on a second honeymoon. I promised my mom I'd take her to Paris when my parents took out a loan that allowed me to go on the school's Europe trip. I never forgot about it and I'd actually love to send them both off on a romantic vacation in Paris instead.
-Publish a novel
-Settle down with someone I love and raise a kid together
