I recently started watching a Fatal Frame 2 let's play, and it provoked me to ask a question that has been slowly eating away at my soul for years: How is FF1 and FF2 better than FF3 and FF4? I heard FF4 was glitchy, but I've heard quite a lot of positive things about FF3, yet everyone always ranks it below the first two. I'm just wondering what the first two did that the later installments failed to continue.
