Tho Thai: Beef stock, Frozen Steak, Chilli, Flat Rice noodles, Mint leaves, lemon, bean sprouts.

Boil the rice noodles and put in a bowl, Heat up the beef stock.

Slice the frozen steak into ultra thin slices (Paper thin!!!!!!) and leave on the plate (Best to do it frozen because thats the only way you will get it really thin)

Once the beef stock is heated (Make sure you got it super hot) add it to the rice noodles.

Now add the slices of beef to the bowl of stock and noodles (The heat from the dish will cook the beef)

Add chilli, lemon and sprouts for taste and you are done.

Tuna Pasta with 1000 island sauce:

Tinned tuna in Brine, Tomato Sauce, Mayonnaise, copious amounts of garlic <3, Capsicum (Bell peppers for the Yanks), Onion and noodles.

Boil noodles and put to the side.

Fry the tuna until it crumbles in the wok, add the onion and capsicum and fry until the capsicum is just starting to lose its crunch. Add tomato sauce and mayonnaise in equal parts until it is generously covered. Turn the heat down to low simmer and add as much garlic as you please! (Hint: A lot of garlic <3 :-D) If you want your onion caramelized then switch the steps and fry the onion, garlic and capsicum first and cook until the onion becomes transparent and then add the tuna.

Add the sauce to the noodles and enjoy! (Hint: Shredded Parmesan cheese!)

Simple Beef stir fry:

Broccoli or broccolini florettes, brown onions roughly chopped, oyster sauce, soy sauce, beef topside sliced (About 3-4 mm thick), green capsicum roughly chopped.

Fry the beef in a nice sesame oil, add the onions next and continue frying until the onions become transparent.

Add oyster sauce and soy sauce as well as the capsicum and continue frying for about 2-5 more min.

Turn the temperature down to low simmer and add about a cup of boiling water and add the brocc.

put the lid on the wok and the steam will cook the broccoli but keep it crunchy.

add to rice and enjoy! :-D

Sorry I don't deal in quantities very well, I just add until it tastes, smells and looks right. I can add more recipes if anyone is interested but all recipes here are copyright to silhouette :-P

I may have had a form of that growing up. I used to silently mouth a repetition of what I had just said out loud. I did that until third grade, I think.

Yes, that is exactly what it is, my brother used to actually say the word quietly again though and he had no idea that he was doing it.

My brother has Tourettes and snorts, grunts and coughs... you do build up a tolerance to it but every now and then I have to ask him to STFU and then he sits there shaking for about 30 min. He also had Echolalia when he was little so at least I never had to ask him to repeat something when I couldn't hear the first time.

How did you know my weakness?

I have some pretty crazy light sensitivity sometimes, so if I get hit with a bright light, it hurts the hell out of my eyes, and I often end up sneezing or my eyes water.

just going outside on a sunny day without sunglasses already on is enough to set it off. Hell sometimes I'm still squinting even with sunglasses on.

Im the same way, I always sit away from the sun. I will take detours if i have to drive into the sun and even a halogen light will blind me. I blame being blue eyed.
