Hi guys, I'm new to these forums. 

I'm soon to buy a new laptop for around £700-£1000 but i'm not too sure on what to buy. I have been looking at both apple laptops and PC laptops. Obviously I understand that PCs are so much faster than a Macs since for the same money I could get a 16 gb memory, i7 processor and a top graphics card. Whereas Macs have integrated graphics and i5s mostly. Im not sure on the memory but I know the Macbook air has bad memory. 

To cut it short I need some reasons for why I should go for one and not the other, also if anyone has any specific products that they could recommend me then that would be highly appreciated.
