Our credit score ads are nuts, man. I also enjoy ClearScore, they have a talking dog named Moose.

That's the thing though; it isn't really lacking in content. They've fixed quite a lot of the issues from vanilla/Taken King. The story is portrayed clearly, the NPCs have personality, and possibly my favourite thing is that they've actually added lore tabs to exotics and stuff, as well as introducing a bunch of things in the overworld you can examine, resulting in your Ghost talking about them.

The customization is there, it's just locked behind a paywall/grindwall. You can either play for threeish hours to get a Bright Engram (which features shaders, sparrows, and ships) or you can buy a couple for $5.

I think the loss of random perks on weapons is the thing that hurts me the most. In Destiny 1 I was a big fan of the Arminius-D, a high-rpm auto rifle. I farmed a ton of them until I found one with a perk loadout that fit me perfectly. It dropped the magazine from 90 to 72, but it almost doubled bullet impact and dampened the recoil considerably. And it was fun to find that. Similarly I used a sniper rifle that had bonus precision damage and a perk called Firefly, which make precision kills explode the target. Amazing PVP weapon. That doesn't exist anymore. It's maddening.

Also, I tried the current nightfall. As I surmised, the only way to viably do it is to dodge and skip all non-essential fights. Uuuuuuugh.

I'm watching Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS for the most part. It's actually good in terms of quality, and does a pretty good job at explaining game mechanics for new players (unlike the previous series, Arc-V, in which the main character literally invents new cards mid-duel).

Also been watching Knight's and Magic (yes, the apostrophe is legit for some reason). Good premise. An otaku with a penchant for not!Gundams dies and is reborn in a fantasy world where giant robots exist. Using his skills from the old world (computer programming) he manages to invent new robots for some reason. Apparently magic and coding are the same? idk. Good animation though, and giant robots kicking the shit out of each other is never bad.
