What are some of the most unusual foods you have ever tried? For me, I have tried caviar, lassi, ostrich, and sea urchins.

Calamari, frog legs, lamb, oysters, and sardines are the only ones I can think of that I have tried.

Off the top of my head? Haggis, crayfish, an emu egg omelette, a single cricket, and snake.

All of these sound good so far - with the exception of crickets and sardines. I might actually try emu. It probably tastes like chicken.
