this is basically what I made although I would recommend you use less lemon and more spinach.

I live on takeaway food as well. I can cook but I won't. After spending all day at the hell that is work, when I get home I just want to relax & play WoW.

I cook on special occasions and whenever i actually feel like it. I'm actually a fairly good cook too. I just cant bring myself to do it very often.

On the topic, it wasn't a big to-do.. but it was derishious.

Yesterday I made a toasted serano ham sammich with smoked gouda and fresh basil. ~.~
So gewd.

My sister and I made bruschetta with beefsteak tomato, onions, garlic, fresh basil, olive oil, arugula, pecorino romano, and balsamic vinegar.
I grilled the baguettes and then seared two small steaks to go with it.
Then we had a really yummy red wine with golden raspberries and peaches. ~.~


And I just made a sharp white cheddar sammich with said tomatoes and basil.
