Districts 1 and 7 would merge because of the marijuana. Districts 5, 6, 9 and 12 would merge because of the rust belt. District 10 would surrender. They would all be one district, which could easily take on 11 and thus, district 11 would need your help. Speaking of which, should I mark it on your map?

Alaska and Hawaii decided to stay out it? Oh well. District 4 is moist enough for both of them.
