I'm not sure if it's a waste of money, but there seems to be a lot of hype over this Disney Plus thing since it launched. As far as I know, all movies made before 1986 will have a content warning because of the racist jokes that Disney once used in some of their movies. It's crazy to think that such a liberal company would make jokes like that, even back then.

Least Disney was smart enough to cover thier butts for the 50s racism.

Warner Bros (Time Warner?) released their old racist cartoons with a big old notice in front like "This shit was WRONG, but they existed and are part of our history. Here you go." Disney be like "I'm sorry, I don't recall. 'Zippiddy Doo-Dah' spontaneously materialized in our classic culture, what do you mean 'the movie it came from'?"
