My wife watched it and also loves it. She identifies with the character way too much for love to not occur.

I watched it and had fun, but didn't bite into it as hard as you two, I don't even know exactly why.


It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.

Not everybody soul-searingly identifies with Sanrio characters in a real-life office culture life-examining anime series featuring the adorable protagonist screaming out death metal to try to deal with her problems.

 

That just happens to be exactly my jam.

 

 

 

Also, jesus christ, Fenneko is hilarious.

All of my work has been farm related or some other kind of hard labour/cooking chicken for middle aged cottage country weirdos.

Which I guess keeps me out of the soul draining corporate work circle.

I'd actually love to have a 9-5 bullshit office job with benefits because at least the schedule would be predictable and the work non-physical.

Honestly, I've been an office monkey for many years now, and it's the happiest I've ever been at a job.
