I've never been to an Asking Alexandria gig I have been to Protest The Hero though, and they have some crazy pits open up.

This is metalcore, right? Or something like that? It's a genre I'm kinda iffy on, especially since friends who do happen to like it have only introduced me to a few bands. Sometimes I like death growls, other times not. xD Other than that, pretty cool.

Also, the warning: funny stuff.

Yup yup, metalcore. I'm a huge fan of most of the -core genres, so I listen to a lot of stuff pertaining to it. It's a genre that really should have a bigger following, but pop music destroys everything it gets near u.u

Do you listen to La Dispute? It's the only post-hardcore band I was introduced to, don't really like it. >.>

If people just turned off their radios they'd find great stuff. But it's dominated by, well, teenagers. ._.

I haven't listened to La Dispute actually. I have heard good things about them though, so I really should.

They write great lyrics and stuff, really emotional. But mostly I just can't get used to the vocal delivery. ._.

This is probably the only song I actually like. If you're still interested, I'd definitely start with this. Pretty heavy stuff.
