So, the problem I am currently encountering:
I can't find my device anywhere.

I ran lspci and discovered the my Network Controller is a Broadcom Corporation Device 4727
And my Ethernet Controller is an Atheros Communication Device AR8152

Neither of which are listed in the sourceforge wiki for Ndiswrapper.

Halp?

EDIT: Oh wow, I guess that my chip ID is actually 4313, which IS supported by the Broadcom STA drivers.
Brb.

EDIT: HOLY FUCK I CAN'T READ THIS SHIT I NEED A TUTORIAL TO INSTRUCT ME ON HOW TO ENACT EVERY SEPARATE STEP OF EACH TUTORIAL SOMEONE PLEASE SHOOT ME.

It's no longer working. XD

I attempted to reinstall Gparted because I couldn't get it to run, and I need to extend my Ubuntu partition, but in doing so I used up too much of my remaining space, so when I rebooted to try to get gparted to work, it will no longer let me login because I don't have enough disk space. XD XD XD

So now I'm trying to see if I can find something that runs on windows 7 that'll let me extend an Ex4 Partition.

...if I had heard all that a month ago my eyes would have glazed over.

Posting from my phone. That could have gone better.
-_-
Going to have to go to the local computer shop t'morrow and tell an embarassing story that ends with " so is there any chance you can fix the boot sector on my laptop?"

Have you tried repairing the segment with either the Ubuntu or Windows disk?

Would it work with the Ubuntu disk? Because that would be amazing.
I'd have to redownload it to my flash drive, but that's really no obstacle.

I was just looking into downloading the windows 7 recovery disk, but it'd be better if I could use Ubuntu. 'cause, y'know. Free.
I'll put off crying for a little while yet.

I found a thingie which suggests that it'll work. So hooray!
But I have to use my uncle's computer to do it, and he's uptight about letting people do things o his computer, so I'll probably have to wait until he gets home before he'll give me his password and then he'll hover over my shoulder and try to help. -_-
