Hello my school has Barracuda to block websites it has blocked proxy websites, VPN chrome extentions. i live in New Zeland so do you know of any downloadable VPN's that have astralian servers or will it be ok to use TOR at school I realy dont want to risk it if i wil get in trouble with the school technitions ?
