Did anyone else quit pokemon go already?
For me, it got seriously boring. I much prefer ORAS and X/Y, so I'm back to shiny hunting in those. I'll probably redownload once the game gets some much needed additions, improved servers, and more gens.

I quit after a week or so. I don't have a data plan, and the game just rapes money out of my account, so they can go suck one. Installed a GBA emulator and am playing through the GBA-era games instead, far more productive.

I live in a very rural area, so trying to find Pokemon is a pain in the ass and not worth it.

Yeah, I wound up quitting. My phone didn't run it too well. It was a toss up of walking home with Pokémon Go or Music, since I couldn't play without spotify crashing. Music wins every time

I never even bothered to get on the hype train. I figured it was a passing fad and to be honest, I spend enough time glued to a laptop / phone screen as is.
Ask for my discord/Insta/Tumblr if you want.

I don't run around hunting for stuff much anymore, but I still find myself opening my phone to check what's available when I'm sitting somewhere public.

Still play, mostly just in between classes and such. do not have time to play very actively. Speaking of pokemon though, I did just preorder sun for me and moon for my sister as a birthday gift(comes out day after her bday).
First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me-- and there was no one left to speak for me.

I have not quit yet but the amount I play has dropped dramatically. Now it's mostly just there for weekly 2am "Pokedates" cause well.... Nerds date Nerds yo!!
And slinging balls at Snorlax while on a 2am picnic is priceless.

You know what. I was on the bus last night with my friend, and he whipped the game out, and I thought "You know what, I'll check it. See what we got."
Immediately there was a Drowzee, naturally, since that's all there is. A 37 Drowzee. And it broke out of the Pokéball.
It was my last.
I am not going near this game again.

I quit after a month or so.
I live in a big suburb area with terrible spawns, I had to go downtown or to the college/uni to get anything.

I went back on today - my friend was playing and I turned to her and said "Dude, really? I gave that up months ago."
Then I went back on. Then I had to walk home a few miles so i figured I'd hatch eggs. Still fun tbh.
