Does anyone know what the style name of this hoodie is?

I'm not THAT into Japanese culture that I want one with tentacles, but I like the style a lot and am not hip enough to know the name of it.

I'm sure there's some specific name for the design, but I can't find it.

I would just search "Oriental tentacle design", but that obviously wouldn't get the desired results.

I'll keep looking, though, I like that oriental-style design.

I think they are simply called short sleeve hoodies.
Clever, I know.
I work in the slothing industry and I haven't heard them called anything else.
Except for maybe one third sleeve hoodies.
