Im eager to get a working model, but the sooner we do that, I feel, the poorer the quality of the game, which I'm already seeing myself give unrealistic standards.We could do a couple prequels, leading up to the MMO. We could make a single player, sidescroller or top down game, first, idk. Or we could work on some unrelated side projects to get the group working together well.

I think I could start may be just making models of different sections, the animating the appropriate ones, etc. and build up.
