I would be the cloaked guy that hangs out in the tavern and refuses to talk to the main character because his inexperience and chattyness annoys me.
It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.

The main rival of the game who is a real jerk for like 90% of the game who comes in at the last second to save the day. Sure I probably die doing it, but I get to be a jerk but everyone remembers me as a hero, WIN WIN
