What would be causing outlook to continuously go down?

This has been happening for around 18-24 hours now and no one can figure out why.

Is it happening to outlook itself, or the exchange server?

I'm not sure as I'm no longer at work.

What whomever is fixing it is telling our IT guy is that the log files are filling up and crashing outlook.

So, Iunno.

I have to close my outlook whenever I close my laptop because otherwise I have to restart for it to connect to the exchange server again.. >.>

There was no error message.
Out look has been delivering our emails between twenty and one hundred and twenty minutes late and disconnecting intermittently saying that outlook cannot connect to the server. Our Ceo had no email after two pm today even though he was getting alerts on his cell phone.

At one point it was asking me for what looked like the admin lock screen information but for my outlook account. I've never had to input everything, when I started working they set everything up for me and once I log into my computer it automatically logs me into my outlook account when I double click the icon.

Also, every day at one o'clock I need to send out the backlog for the production for the day, it never sent. When I resent it at four forty five it wasn't received until six thirty.

Yeah, that's the exchange server, not outlook. 

If it's hosted local, you could probably just restart it, I bet it's a simple glitch.

Whomever they have working on it is not from here.
All I know is that her name is Vanessa and she works out of her house.
I'm hoping she's a young hot thing in a tight GoT t-shirt and pixzl panties with a pair of glasses on and her hair in Harley Quinn pigtails, but I highly doubt that's the case.

Open in Safe Mode
  1. Hold down the CTRL key when opening Outlook until the message appears.
  2. If Outlook is slow in Safe Mode, then an Add In could be causing the issue.
  3. Click File.
  4. Select Options.
  5. Click Add In's.
  6. Scroll down to Manage.
  7. Click Go, and on the next screen displayed, remove the check marks.
  8. Disable all add-ins.
