Not as bad as Paxil.

I tried Paxil, and couldn't keep a train of thought for more than 10 seconds. I got seriously worried, I was p sure I was gonna die.

 

Never taking that shit again. Only visible side effect of Zoloft so far has been a massive increase in... libido...

Just 48 more hours of work and I get ten straight days off.

I'm going to do so much with my life. Learn to play the violin, do stand-up comedy, volunteer for the Red Cross, build shelters for the homeless and maybe adopt a highway.

Or...play games and never leave the comfort of my AC. You just never know.

Only antidepressant I was ever on was prozac. It zombified me, just could not feel much emotion and made me pretty much unable to give a shit about anything.

 

I eventually realized this fact and flushed them. Even after stopping taking them all emotions were kind of dulled for a long while.

Well, that lack of sleep and last bit of overtime on Friday thwarted my plans to stay up and turn my schedule around. Still going to work on it -- I'm not going to let that stop me, even if it's a bit wonky I'll find time to cat nap. Got a whole week off and I'm getting out and doing stuff.

 

Last night had girlfriend's parents 4th of July party. Was a blast. My gf's bestie got hammered and puke for probably the first time for both us to witness. I thought she was immune to the effects of alcohol at the rate she drinks. But we apparently found her weakness: champagne. 

 

Today I get to clean up around the yard and garage a bit. Stuff I've been putting off for too long. Come in for breaks to watch Summer Split on LoL. Hopefully the only work I have to do all week.

 

Monday is tubing. Hopefully I don't burn up and fucking die.

 

Tuesday is Valley Fair, tickets already bought. Going to eat mini donuts until I puke and die, then go on Steel Venom and die all over again. Then probably burn up and fucking die again.

 

Wednesday is probably pizza delivery, movies, cuddles and probably lots of sex.

 

Thursday is visiting a friend, hopefully. Plan B video games.

 

Friday is HOPEFULLY MTG all day.

About an hour ago I was accosted by my boss and the production manager on my way out from the bathroom.
It caught me off guard cause they both turned to me at the same time and said "There she is!".
Queue head in taillights Tes where I manage to stutter out "I-I had an eyelash.. ._.".
And they call me into the conference room and close the door behind us.

It was very humbling to get sat down between both my boss and the supervisor I report to for certifications out of nowhere.. >.>
So at this point I'm flipping through everything I've done today in my head, trying to find a misstep along the way.

Turns out, the head of shipping is most likely going to be taking a leave of absence soon, as her fathers health is degrading..
And, they want me to cover the clerical portion of shipping.

So, not only will I be getting more work, which is exactly what I wanted this morning, but, they're trusting me with one of the most important jobs in the company, after only 5 1/2 months on the job.

I will also be coming in an hour early every day this week, which is 4 hours of OT, and I told them I am available to stay late every day this week, apart from Friday which is my daughter's birthday party.

And me doing this, and hopefully excelling at it, means that my 1 year review will be even better and I may get a large raise again!
