Question, because of the new update do I need to beat the game on each difficulty like before?

Yes.  Set up like before, but you can change difficulty while playing now.

I think once you beat it on any difficulty you unlock all the torment levels and can choose how hard you want it to be.

Alright cool, well I'm currently running it on expert because I cant do torment yet.

As much as I love my Monk, I think Wizard is the most OP class in the game.

WD is really fun to play, it's really easy to stay alive with that class since all your minions are tanking.

Exactly, plus you get your partner pet dude thingy. I always used crusader since WD is a ranged fighter. Tons of soak.

Current Wizard skill set. It's a serious close range mass damage set up. Each skill increases my base damage, and then I can spam Frost Nova and kill them before they unfreeze. It's extremely OP, and Spectral Blade makes it even more OP since it attacks multiple times with each cast. So with each hit of Spectral Blades it's doing about 15k+, so if you add it all up each attack with Spectral Blades is roughly 80k - 100k per hit. 

 

Not to mention the Arcane Orb with the orbit rune, so if a mob runs up to me it just goes *boom*. The skills that increase my damage also increases my Arcane Orb damage, so it's kind of redonk.

 

EDIT: I now also have 91k HP. >.> I'm very tanky.

A friend of mine made a wizard on my account to try it out. I got on it yesterday to dick around and it's maybe level 14? I stacked all my paragon points and I can currently just run the frost lazer of doom and kill everything without having to let off of right click. >.>

Nice, the only thing I don't like about the Frost Ray is that it's only a single target attack. Disintegrate is where it's really at.
