Took like twenty minutes to figure out what was going on and then it was a never ending car chase with Max saying about two lines.
I'm not a fan of the franchise tho, so maybe that's why.
But honestly, I cared not for it.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. The thing about Mad Max is, it was born of a time of tough guys and one-liners. Just like a lot of old action franchise'. This one is no exception. However, there is a lot of elements similar to that of one of his previous movies, The Road Warrior. Which is great considering that's the best one of the franchise. I grew up to these movies. The original is so old now and boring that it hurts the eyes to watch. This one is a huge step up from that piece of garbage Thunderdome. My gods that was awful. I'll never be able to unsee Tina Turner. Ever. That being said I give this one a personal rating of 7/10.

It was much worse than I thought it would be.

Max only had, IIRC, about 16 lines in one of the movies, so I'm not really surprised that he didn't say a whole lot.

I'm an action fan but this movie fun nothing for me. You'll be happy to know they're making a sequel, probably a trilogy.
Best: Yep. It was really evident. Should have been Mad Chicks in vehicle, pregnant road.
