So, in case you didn't hear, Disney is doing a live-action adaption of The Jungle Book, directed by Jon Favereau (The director of the Iron Man movies and Elf).

The cast includes:

Bill Murray as Baloo

Ben Kingsley as Bagheera

Scarlett Johansson as Kaa

Idris Elba as Shere Kahn

and, probably my favorite casting, Christopher Walken as King Louie.

I saw the preview the other day, I like how they did it.

That being said I'm not sure if I'll see it, never saw the animated version so I'm not sure if I'd enjoy it.

If I recall correctly, the actor playing Mowgli is at least part-indian.
