Most Vovinam fights without extra protection are staged anyway. There are even some dueling exercises, which are basically just complete staged fights.

the dragon is Dragon Dragon, and he certainly isn't a guy in a suit, anyone who says so is lying. The two guys who freeze are 2 thirds of the colony, worker ant and soldier ant. third guy, I'm not familiar with but yeah he kicked it's ass hardcore.
