I thought this might go here. I've been taking more of an interest in internet security lately, looking in to all the tracking stuff that happens without us knowing and I ended up looking at this after being pointed towards it through a podcast.

Do Not Track is an interactive documentary about the information that you are unknowingly giving to websites as well as what's being shared about you between websites. I think it's also interesting how they opted for an interactive documentary than a traditional one. The episodes are short, full of information, and gives you multiple opportunities to see how different websites share information with eachother (also how Google owns the internet p much). I found the episodes a bit strange in the images and things they show you, but it is still full of useful information.

I've just started watching this. I've been fascinated with these sorts of things since I first learned I could track a bit of irrelevant information on my websites 10 years ago.

I never do anything with the information I have, but I know google does.  It's amazing what I can figure out about people who visit, and I've seen some great examples of just how far people can go, including this documentary.
