This will be incredibly useful when the apocalypse happens and the dreaded Waterworld is upon us.

Hydra technology has been around for a while... But the losses in that system are too large for it to be efficient. I got an idea this morning about a possible way on improving photovoltaics, nothing much I can really say without more research on it.
Alternative technology is great and I love that this is so easy to do yourself.
