Hello,

My name is "Moon Sedai," and I'm a nerd (Hi Moon!).

My interests span a variety of television shows, video games, music, movies, and more.
I'm a writer (Published author) and a blogger.

I'm such a nerd that I run a website called Landofnerds.com (We do blogs, videos, and more).

But I'm not here to pimp out my website (though visit if you like, it's freaking nerdtastic).

I'm here to introduce myself.

I like Dr Who (though not a fan of Tom Baker, prefer Pertwee and Tennant and am beginning to love Capaldi) and reading (Wheel of Time, yo!).
I'm married to a self-proclaimed evil wizard (though he's more like a wizzard) and own two dire minischnauzers.

I have a master's degree in history and know a whole lot about a lot of stuff.

Welcome to the forum.

We have writers (legit and hobby) popping out of the seams in this place, so you should find some interesting stuff to check out.

I am partial to Christopher Eccleston as The Doctor.

I was turned off of Tom Baker when I found out that he was apparently a huge douchebag while filming the show.

Not that I was a big fan in the first place.

My great grandma had a mini schnauzer when I was little.

He had a wicked wizard beard and I think he knew it made him look like a badass.

I love my dogs beards.

Tom Baker I think I would have liked had I been exposed to him as a kid, but by the time I started watching Dr Who, I felt too old to watch him.

He's my husband's favorite character.

Eccleston is your husband's favourite Doctor?

He sounds like a man with excellent taste.
