I hear that everything was planned to happen like that. Now who knows if just happens or they pay to get some more attention.

Could just be some quick thinking to save face. I heard M-dog got diagnosed with whiplash post-concert so I can only assume it was either planned and went horribly wrong or it was an accident and those dancers need medals.
