Anyone else remember this movie? It was the one about the guy who went to find this backup planet thing with a group of other guys while they were being chased by this other group of aliens who hate humans. That's pretty much what the main plot was. I just ask because this was one of my favorite movies growing up and wondered if anyone else liked it

I actually watched Titan A.E. a few weeks ago on Netflix.

I too watched it when I was younger and enjoyed it.

At the time it was a big step forward as far as animated movies went, and it was rammed full of star voice actors.

Anything Don Bluth does is a step forward, really.

Although, I'll admit it's a bit too close to Treasure Planet in some aspects (though I can see why they seem like that: They were practically dueling for one to get out before the other), but that doesn't mean it's bad.

It was just obeying the rule of twos.

How many times do you see two movies come out at pretty much the same time and be slightly askew mirror versions of one another.

I remember liking it as a kid, but I liked everything put in front of me when I was a kid, so I don't know what I'd think of it now.

It's still nice to hear someone other than me no what Titan A.E. is.

Movie and book was phenomenal!! Could not believe that Nathan Lane voiced one of the villains, and I would totally live on Planet Bob
