I saw the Reichstag building and went up the Rotunda and we also saw Sachsenhausen outside of Berlin which was a...sobering experience. It wasn't all history related though, we got to see some marvellous German transit too. XD Seriously their trains run like clockwork.
I've heard good things about Freiburg actually, a place I might have to visit.

I think I saw the Reichstag too.. But my friend was more interested in partying (which was also fun 
) Obviously you've never been to Switzerland. Whenever my train is late it's the one coming from Germany
