At which time I will be arranging a party royale for us to get together and party like it's going out of style.

I'de say some kinda game would be fun, we'de have to find something either we all own, or something cheap enough me and spleen can buy whoever's lacking a copy.
I nominate Speedrunners and Lethal League, they're max 4 players, but they're fun as hell arcadey pick-up-and-play type games
and cuz nobody would like Nidhogg :<

I think Nidhogg looks pretty fun but no way in heck am I paying what they're asking for it. >.> It's not worth that.

You can buy them at a good discount by buying them from other steam members and paying with keys

Luckily, there are plenty of steam games for linux now!

I would say update the messaging system. Market this place more... and incorporate it, like into facebook if not already(if you have.. show it like on the homepage), if the community is interested in games, then do that - make a guild of your own or whatever, like I'm playing a lot of a game called Age of Conan. I used to come here a lot, now only rarely, I would love to get into it a lot more.
Maybe add a tutorial system, like a video series and allow users to add to it(with approval of admins of course)
etc..
Change it up from just a forum!
I really hope this place rises.
