Has anyone here seen or read the Ender's Game quartet? Personally, I really enjoyed the books. I know people always say that the director has a different creative mind (quote directly from here), but I feel like they skipped so much! The

(for those who haven't read the book) was extremely important.

Unfortunately, I lost my Kindle on an airplane and got interrupted 3/4s of my way through the series.

I've only seen some of the movie.

Turned it off after about 30 mins.

Didn't like the characters, and it's too childish for me.

It looked pretty cool, but I didn't have a lot of spending cash when it came out in theaters.  It'll probably be on Netflix streaming in a few months.
