here lately it's only been one name change every 2 weeks

 

that's like an eternity for me

I have used the screen name Kombatkoala since i started internetting back when i was 10 or so. I used the name for my first email address and it has more or less stuck since. I occasionally use some variation of it.

 

I picked that name because I had an old teddybear that was dressed in army clothes. I used a k instead of a c because it amused me and because k's are clearly superior(my name starts with a K, just to give an example of how K is better)

FIFTEEN YEARS

Holy hellfucking shitstains, I cannot even fathom how you do these things. Mine changed at least ten times since the first time I was on a forum. Back then I was BluWings. Then it was Neko, Nekozawa, KuroKuroNeko (I had a cat thing going, but that has its own important role in my life), Orenji, KareMella, etc., until I've finally settled comfortably with RirenLiplock, FyeHalfmoon, soberArmin, Fiennil, and this one - each in their own place.

From the look of it, I have definitely seen some shit.

 

You guys have some pretty good names overall, and some funny stories about how you arrived on them.

 

I chose my name by flipping open a dictionary and pointing at a page.

Affray is what I landed on.

Affray is an instance of a public fight that disturbs the peace, which doesn't really apply to me in any way, I just liked the way it sounds.

 

I have only had a few handles in my internet lifetime.

I have been Affray since I started high school, and the name has served me well.
