Being that it's about 24 hours till Christmas at this point in time, I believed this would be an appropriate topic. After rewatching this movie, I found that there are so many things wrong with the Polar Express that I had to put it into a blog post (which is not yet finished). I was able to pick things out all the way to the end (literally). What do you think? What have you spotted wrong with this movie?

It's good if you don't look at the small details. I however, am the kind of person who picks at everything wrong. I would say that the plot is okay, but there are still some problems with THAT, too. Anyway, I wont try to spoil anything. Apart from all of that, the animation is actually one of the best I have seen (according to detail) from that time period (November 10, 2004). Overall, it was a "okay" movie.

Most movies are full of plot holes if you look for them.

Especially Christmas themed children movies. Probably more than any other.
You know what always bugged me? If Bruce Willis was a ghost the whole time, why didn't he get the child to change his greedy ways? He didn't even carry around any chains!

True but some are massively glaring.
Jumanji, the one with Robin Williams, is also based on a book by the author of the book The Polar Express was based on. It's better than the book, which I can't say of this film. Chris Van Allsburg has some great books and somehow his one about two lazy ants hasn't been made into the best animated movie ever yet.
