I'm sure with our interests we've got some pretty interesting things in our homes! Share your collections or anytime you get a new piece here!

I've got a crazy amount of stuff, and I don't want to bombard you guys with a ridiculous number of pictures, so I'll share rounds of stuff from time to time. First up is my Brave Little Toaster collection! I'm only interested in the first movie, and there's really nothing around for it, so finding things is hard! I've even had stuff commissioned!

This is all I have, minus a pin I still can't find: http://imgur.com/a/vy24z

I don't collect anything.
I have a collection of things, but nothing holds my interest enough for it to become that one thing I strive for.
I blame my ADHD for that.

Because I can...

I like to collect cards. Right now I have a very large collection of Pokemon, about 14 binders worth. I also collect cards for Magic the Gathering, Yugioh, Harry Potter card game and the My Little Pony card game. I also love to collect books, I have a small library in my room. Also have a decent collection of video games which is constantly growing. Those are my big collections, I do have several other small collections of things.

Books, mostly.

And also swords, though they're at my parents' house because I'd rather not let the little one get near them.

Yeah I was just kidding.

I saw my opportunity and ran with it.

My lady related exploits are moderate in number, but high in quality.

When I get around to posting a picture of myself on here you will understand. ;)

Both of those things are accurate.

Pretty much everything I say is a joke, unless it isn't, in which case you will know I am being serious because everyone will be applauding.

I am also very humble, as I am sure you can see.

Oh, you.

No joke here. Just feels.

Books are just about the only thing I actively collect. I do have a miniature Dora the Explorer tea set I collected from a capsule machine a few summers ago. And finished bottles of liquor and empty soda cans that haven't been thrown out, but that's just me being lazy.

I don't think I collect one thing specifically, just interesting nicknacks.

My pencil holder is a cut down 40mm shell. I've got buckyballs everywhere, a handful of interesting glasses. I've got a set of Briggs and Stratton crankshaft mounts that I turned into book ends. Books from the 1800's all the way to the new xkcd book. I'll occasionally just find an old resale shop and just buy what looks interesting.

Oh wow, that is a lot of Brave Little Toaster stuff! I kind of want to watch that movie again now. I remember there's a scene near the end which always scared me when I was little.

I don't think I collect books as much as I hoard them. Even when profs put outdated textbooks in the hall for students to take I have to take a good look at them to see if there's anything I want. I had to get rid of a few over the summer to move in with my boyfriend. Realized I would probably never read a 300 page text on Vikings.

I also seem to collect keychains and cellphone charms. I decorated my mini Christmas tree with my tiny collection, I posted it in the Holiday thread.

I used to collect books, but now I don't have access to any new ones so I just keep my stash. The only thing I actively collect is drawing/writing refs on tumblr. And occasionally spiderwebs. Those are cool too.
