i got bored last night, so these are the following things i know i can solo with my priest's shadow offspec (464 ilvl):
SSC - all but Fathom-Lord Karathress (fuck that tornado) and Lady Vashj (didn't try her)
Gruul's - only tried the first guy, he was all i needed
Onyxia
Naxx - i only tried Saph, KT, and the Plague Quarter. think i can do the arachnid quarter. the other two will be tricky because of patchwerk and razuvious. didn't try them, but i hear they still hit like trucks.

if i try anymore, i'll post back. also, i should work on my shadow gear, might make some of the fights smooth out a bit more.

apparently they do, i keep seeing hunters with stables of spirit beasts for the heal.
