figured i'd try and level up some professions on my shadow priest. "i'll take herbing and mining, that'll surely make money"... i forgot it's the start of a new xpac with a new race and class. the market is so over saturated with lowbie mats it's impossible to sell. i, indeed, immediately regret that decision...

I may be coming out of left field here, but why pandas.
Why wouldn't Blizzard choose something, anything else to add as a new race to thier game.
As a man cuteness does not apply to whether or not I like something, and I am not bashing pandas.
They just seem very out of place in WOW.

why exactly did they choose the pandaren for this expansion, i'm not sure. they deemed it the correct time in the game's life to bring them out. they are, however, established in the lore canon in warcraft 3, i believe. they are a serious race within the world. not saying you do this, but most people refuse to look past the "cute" appearance to see the strength of the character each pandaren figure has. they're honestly not out of place at all. they're just finally getting some time in the spotlight.
