yes, yes they are.
and no, they aren't account wide. as it stands right now, it's one per character for getting the achievement needed to get one.
which for me means i will likely only see them on my healers. hopefully we can get ourselves a nice group going to get ourselves one.

Well when we hit 90 I'll switch my shammy back to healer so you can get it on your rogue.

You know what I really liked about the isle?

The discovering of it.

I thought that brought a really awesome aspect to it and it was really cool to see more and more of it getting uncovered every week.

wooo jc mounts! and i still havent bought the wrath expensive mount. dont really see the point in it. I have the grand black war mammoth so i can ride 3 people around and that ones free as long as you get lucky enough for it to drop(and its from VoA which is easy enough to solo at this point, at least for a blood dk). the vendors arent all that incredibly useful really. i have multiple pets i can call that work as vendors, and if im raiding there is always a repair vendor inside the raid somewhere near the entrance anyhow.

that was a pretty neat aspect. gave you the sense you were driving back the burning legion in the area.



kenny: lucky bastard. i saw the black grand war mammoth drop once all of wrath, and i lost it with a hilariously bad roll.

but seriously, though, i just need more mounts. i'm only at 103 (not counting class mounts) and they're supposed to be introducing a new mount collection achievement in 5.1.

The main attraction for me is the seating.

When Danny was still on our server.. *sniffle*.. he and Jeremy and I would always quest or run lowbies together.

If I could get that drop, I'd be stoked.

I literally ran VOA once, and I lagged the entire time to the point where I couldn't see anything till the fight ended.

I'll have to look into trying for it again.

ah i soloed VoA ONE time and it dropped. i never once saw it drop during wrath though and i was running it weekly at the time

I honestly don't care much for more mounts because of quantity.
I like the multiplayer mounts and ones that look badass.

Man, I seriously hope I finally get a Halloween one this year...

But I'm like Kenny, I have 2-3 vendor pets per person sans the eng ones I have as well.

Sans the halloween mount I only ever wanted 3 on specific toons.

Raven on my druid, Rivendale on my Pally, and Kara vamp horse on my hunter (which I finally got thanks to Jeremy and Danny and my badass rhino).

I really don't like the mount rewards for having a lot of mounts.
