One of the guys I work with ordered a $500 Chinese makerbot clone (dual nozzle, not enclosed). He had to make a few adjustments (nozzles weren't set in properly) says it's working fairly well now. There's a $500 one I was looking at that was single nozzle enclosed and made in 'murica. Tempting, but supposedly the software was complete garbage.
