I've often found myself in this situation.

Really, pirating would be a negligible problem if companies spent less time and effort trying to stop pirating, and more time and effort just making their services more convenient than piracy.

I too used to try to do the right thing when I was working.
Bought a few dvd sets as a result.
The rest were pretty much like that, so I eyepatched it up.
Also, cunthammer is now my new favorite word.

I think $30 for the box too.
The Wolf's Rain one was $100 but I got it for half.
And I don't recall how much RvB was.
Boondocks were both only around $25, not too bad.
Gol: I actually find the more controversial parts to be the best parts just because it shows how far they're willing to go to tell the story and that really anything is on the table and you'll never know what'll happen next.
(unless of course you've read the books in which case you should already be used to cunthammer screwing her douchenozzle brother)

No one believes me!
The crazy weather aside, the water table is shallower than 20 feet in many areas. Basements quickly become pools.
...come to think of it, I want a basement.

My house is pier and beam. When things start flooding I'll just stuff some 55 gallon drums under it and make a house boat.

We have a lot of brick houses, but mine was built in the '30s from old apple crates, that was the preferred method.
