You can have green blood. It's very rare but it's when you have sulfhemoglobin in your body.
So the menstruation is green as well then? I need to google this..

I guess you can use blood as an egg substitute due to the similar protein content when making some stuff like ice cream and cake.
So I guess this terrible, terrible thing isn't too much of a stretch.
you would

I don't see why not. Now I have never seen an actual case of this (i've seen green plasma before but not green whole blood) but it's when sulfur atoms bond to your hemoglobin. So I would assume (although I could be wrong) that it would be all your blood. So that would include menstration blood.
Yeah it's as lethal as I thought it would be.
Sulphur bonding with haemoglobin would make the blood cells useless (as in, unable to bond with oxygen) and cause cyanosis
So uh green blood is very bad.
But in regards to menstrual blood, the hydrogen sulphide would have to be present in the blood during the 3(ish) weeks of the menstrual cycle while the uteral lining is being reformed.
Because I can...

Hmm I dunno if this counts but I'll put it in anyway

I wouldn't expect there to be a lot of information on green menstrual fluids as the cause of it seems to be obscure and the condition rare...
Because I can...
