You've got the toaru series, Darker than Black, Tokyo ESP, and more. They all seem to be excellent, I dig how they tend to handle the subject matter.

Well, One Piece would definitely qualify. Dragon Ball Z fits the bill pretty nicely. Hell, basically any anime where the people have beyond human abilities.
