I was reading the other night and my kindle adverted their new phone.
Didn't even know they were making one.
The camera is decent and there's some features on it that seem like they would be a lot of fun to play with..
Anyone hear good or bad reviews of it thus far?

Gonna need a new phone soon..

Spleen: Yeah, I've been seeing a whole lotta 'meh'.
Sucks, looked fun.
Sethre: Right?
I guess I have to figure out something else.
I dunno.
I don't know what's out right now.

I've never had a HTC. I use to always get LG phones until I bought the Samsung one.

Im in the same boat. Its that time to get a new phone but if I I really like my samsung galaxy s3. I dont know if I want to upgrade yet or wait till this ohone really dies
I just got the S3 over Christmas and it's older but I love the thing to bits.
I was watching CNET's livestream as Amazon announced this phone. It looks interesting, but the 3D would hurt my eyes I think. Five cameras seems like it'd zap the battery life, too. Firefly looks cool, to be able to point at something in the store and see if you can get it cheaper on Amazon, or to quickly identify a movie or song (although there have been other apps for that) seems to be the selling point.
It'll be interesting to watch anyway, now that the main smartphone brands already are established, it's a hard industry to get into. The facebook phone didn't last very long, neither did a couple other start up phones.

I just saw Tmobile had the Galaxy's.
I was thinkin about that or the note possibly, but the note seems too large and has functions I wouldn't really need.
What's a good provider?
I'm with Verizon now, and no me gusta.

I use Sprint and I haven't had a single problem with them.

Didn't think of Sprint.
Thanks, I'll check them out.

For providers, do a little research for the area. Sprint is terrible around here and Verizon is hit and miss. ATT and Tmobile are the good options. That changes from place to place though.
For phones, here some ranking through the benchmark system I use. http://www.antutu.com/en/Ranking.shtml
I got my dad the HTC One a while back, and he really likes it; http://www.antutu.co...w.shtml?id=7388 I think it's about to fall out of cycle though.
If you want a big phone with a super high resolution, the G3 is the way to go. http://www.gsmarena.com/lg_g3-6294.php It's just the 3rd rendition of my phone, and provided the quality is the same, it would be a solid buy.
Also something to consider, Google is due for a new Nexus phone with a new version of android coming out. There's no official word on it though.

That's awesome, I'd completely forgotten about google..
Man, I hope it comes out soon.
My phone is on it's last leg and I'm just gonna let verizon ride at this point.
I dunno what I'm going to do without a phone for all the calls I don't get. >_>
