This is the only thing I have on any of my walls.

My fiancee made it for me for my birthday I think.

And now you all know my name, which I do not think I ever made evident in my time here.

Yeah, she is a graphic designer by trade, so she comes up with some pretty neat stuff.

I feel like your name is on your etsy page. Maybe not.

I feel like your name is on your etsy page. Maybe not.

It probably is.

And I respond to all messages using my actual name.

So it is out there somewhere.

Well now we know what Affray's name is.

Yet you can do nothing with it.

I have to tell you it in person, and in its entirety, for it to have any power.

No one gets a wizard's full name.

Not going to lie, it looks weird having my actual factual name typed out here instead of my pretend awesome one.

I have always been curious.

Does my name suite my personality?

Most people get my name first, "Hey, this is my friend Shawn.", then they get to know my personalty and the connection between the two is solidified.

You guys are unique in that everyone here has been exposed to my antics for anywhere from a handful of months to a few years and are only now finding out my name.

So, I want to know if my name makes sense when combined with who I am.

Just a little social experiment I suppose.

I was named Shawn because it rhymes with John, my dad's name.

We even have the same middle name.

I've never heard of someone naming their kid a name just because it rhymed.

I think Shawn is very fitting. Although I will admit I wouldn't of been shocked it your name was like Pierre or Fritz. I have no clue why but those two are what I would associate with you haha

Well, now you have.

It is better than being named immediately after my dad though.
