I'm proud of how well I am handling being a stay at home mom of 2 while 6 months pregnant. I'm proud of how far ive come from starting completely over twice. I'm proud of the way I think, and who my friends are. I'm so proud of my sons ability to learn and soak in everything. I'm proud of myself. I got pregnant right out of high school, and where my life is now, is because I worked hard, really hard. I'm proud of everything I have because none of it was given to us, it was all earned.
What makes you proud?
P.S. you can ask me anything, I realize I just blasted myself haha feel free.

My liberalism; I grew up in the conservative bastion of England into a Catholic family, so yeah I feel like it was a surprising out come.
Also my writing, I'm unqualified and by most industry standards, under educated. Despite this I've written journalism, website descriptions and short fiction across all manner of genres, all for paying customers.
That's about it though haha.

I don't think I have done anything that I have ever felt proud of.
Not in any profound way anyway.
I am happy about much, but most of the good things in my life have come to me through the channels of luck and good fortune as opposed to my own power.
Unless my power is to sway the universe in my favour.
Which I would be grateful for, but not proud of.

Ever since I swithced majors I've been feeling a lot better about my personal skill. As a chemist I was mediocre at best; however, as a programmer I feel like I can conquer anything (eventually).
And of course how great of a relationship I have with my girlfriend and all that jazz, though I would descript those feels as more of content than proud.

I believe if you work hard in your relationships, that is something to be proud of. 4 years is my longest relationship. I'm proud
I have been in mine since high school, soooo eight years?
Not too bad I guess.

Proud of getting better with people.
Proud when being good in what I like to do, and where this is leading me.
Less proud of my relationships with most of my family.
Less proud about not being humble enough. I act with humilty, but inside, I like myself (too much?).
Perhaps that is called pride, actually.

There's nothing at all wrong with being happy with yourself. If you feel attractive, confident, intelligent, friendly; there is absolutely no reason not to! Trust me being happy with your lot is a lot more fun that being neurotic and constantly shooting yourself down in your head. If you projected a sense of self-centredness in your interaction with others, say for instance: you were constantly telling people you were better than them/ talking about yourself, then that is a problem. Trust me though, being confident in your self is not only a better way of living it's attractive too. >.>

I'm not really showing my self confidence actually, probably because I'm afraid that people would think that I'm full of myself. I'm not selfcentred or bothering people about the things I can do either. But inside, I'm really confident when it comes to the things I'm good at doing. When I had this college entry exam, I acted humble when the guy told me I had a very good level for my age, as if I was not actually aware that. Though even before going to the exams&interview, I knew that I already had my place in this school, and that the people at the interview would like,'shit themselves', lol. I can't stand myself as I'm writing this . I was even kinda thinking that I might jump a year, which happend. For now this is the biggest pride in my life.

Beats being a nervous wreck and getting the squits before an interview. Confidence = success in academic and business environments.
