I can relate to some degree to not partaking in certain activities.

I drank when drinking was to be done, swore when people needed to hear it, and smoked one cigar when my oldest friend got married.

Never have I drank for the sake of drinking, swore when it had no purpose, nor smoked recreationally even once.

I have only ever had any drug of any kind wilfully enter my body once.

It was last year on April 20th and I was at Bob Marley's house in Jamaica.

I ate a pot brownie purchased through a hole in a wall, ate it, then proceded to have one of the worst experiences of my life.

 

I don't think it is all that odd that you never partook in any of those activities.

Yeah having edibles as your first pot experience is definitely going to be harsh, the dosage is much higher than smoking or vaping would be.

OT: Thanks to that thread a while back, though, my echolalia has come back full force. when I'm home, I have to consciously stop my mouth from repeating what I've said. My mouth is also starting to hurt from strain I'm putting on it from mouthing conversations that are happening in my head.

 

It's giving me headaches. >.<

It was rough.

It felt like I was just sort of watching myself try to maintain control from inside my own head.

Plus, most of the aftermath took place on a bus that was being driven by a Jamaican madman along thin winding "roads" at the edges of cliffs with more than a few hundred feet to fall from. I am not okay with heights to begin with.

 

Though now I think I can deal with nearly any situation without any trouble.

Yeah that would definitely have been one hell of a rough high. Makes me glad my first time trying it was smoking with some good friends.

I have an uncountable amount of odd mannerisms. These are some off the top of my head:

 

I eat the dead skin around my mouth

I rub my hand against the inside of my mouth all of the time

I rub my face all of the time

I still slurp all of my drinks

I constantly check the time while I'm sleeping

I have horrible posture, but instead of leaning forward, I stick my lower body way out when I sit

I mouth inner-monologue to myself all of the time

I look up pictures of people with diseases for fun

I do the former at time, then I catch myself doing it and get paranoid thinking someone has read my mouth.

 

I do the latter fairly often, I have sick curiosity for medical related things, looking at diseases, cuts, infection, mutations, all incredibly fascinating to me.
