I haven't had cucumber rolls.

You should try all the strictly veggie rolls that you can get at any sushi joint.

No fish, no problem.

I do have one friend who won't eat sushi and like, lives on cheese. He has said once that if it doesn't have cheese, he isn't interested.

 

He's so opposite of me in food.

Cheese is half of my life. Idk why but I love it, so does my brother-in-law actually.

I love all the different types of cheese, America is rather disappointing in that regard actually.

 

But I'm a bit of a foodie (or I would be if I wasn't poor) so...mmmmm.

Muenster is fairly nice, never had that before I came to the US. You guys need some proper Italian parmesan in your life though, like, with all the Italian-Americans I'd figure you'd have that down! Also your cheddar, it's sacrilege!! XD

I basically put cheese on anything viable. Pasta, meat products, anything involving potatoes. And don't get me started on cheese & onion crisps. >.>

I hate the state of western cheese.

It is basically lies laced with chemical bullshit.

Once I discovered actual factual cheese, like from other countries renowned for the stuff, my life was forever changed.

Gol, try Cabot's New York Sharp cheddar. We tried like, 20 types of cheddar one night (notebook, checklist and everything), and that was the winner. And be warned: Cabot has like 15 cheddars and they're all different. And can attest: America has NO IDEA what Parmesan is. We think it's a powder that comes in plastic cylinders and goes on pizza etc. And I am not a fan of muenster. Too feety.

 

Also, the day I discovered brie and Camembert, my world was shaken to the core.

Japan is weird to people who don't know much about their culture and/or don't live there. But it's a fun culture once you realize they get a lot of exclusive Nintendo and anime merch.
