See I've learned my lesson. Ive watched ghost movies and had people play tricks on me. I've read the stories on that one scary story site. Anything that posses a threat in the dark is terrifying.

We fear not the darkness, but what the darkness may conceal.

Curiosity is both humanities greatest attribute, and it's bane.

It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.

Oh so true.

I think it may be a trust issue on my part. I never really believe what people say. Like "oh here is your soup but careful it's very hot" and I'll instantly taste it because I'm like psh it's not hot....and it is hot as balls.

what is wrong with me lol

You are what we in the business call a scientist.

Your very soul refuses to believe what you are told until you have tested and experienced it yourself.

Sometimes I feel like I have lots of ideas, but not the talent or skill to express them.

I'm fearful, I'm fearful, I'm fearful of flying, and flying is fearful of me.

Same, or the motivation to do them. I get so many ideas they just sort of flood my mind and none of them ever get done either because I forget them or I trash them thinking I couldn't pull it off.

I get that with artwork mostly.

Stuff that I want to draw/paint but lack the essential skills to make it a reality.

So, I have turned to writing as a compensator.

If I can't paint you a literal picture, I will simply paint it in your mind with my words.
