Could try the library. But chances are they are hibernating inside in front of their computer screens.
But may I ask.... why do you want to date a nerd?

Since your introduction says that you are majoring in Computer Science I'm assuming that means you have a college campus that you attend regularly. The guys in those classes are garaneteed to be into computers. Talk to a few of your classmates and see if you find any guys that seem interesting and that find you interesting.
But may I ask.... why do you want to date a nerd?
I'd imagine out of common interests.

In my experience, love only ever falls into your lap when you aren't looking for it. I met my girlfriend on line and currently we're living together over in the U.S. I would say that there are probably plenty of people in your university who'd meet your requirements if you got to know them!
Ask for my discord/Insta/Tumblr if you want.

My suggestion is go where the nerds congregate. Join a couple clubs and societies you're interested in. Make a few friends and see if anyone fits what you're looking for. This way you'll make a couple great friends along the way.

I want to date a nerd because I am one. I've tried dated non-nerdy guys and was bored to death.

Wear t-shirts of your favorite fandoms and use them as conversation starters.
I've made many friends that way.

Totally read that as "wet t-shirts" and now I'm disappointed
OT: Luck. Or date a friend whom you know is a nerd. But then, unless there's a spark there already, you're just wasting your time, their time, and you're gonna end up crying when it all turns to shit.

"I want to date a nerd, but nerds are autistic and I don't want to look retarded"?
Good lord the logic, as well as the crappy typing, hurts.
