Well I was gunna post this idea in like a week or so, but Fan Expo in Toronto, Canada is at the end of the month and my idea was for a small loot crate giveaway that had some stuff from the convention and Canada. I kno its a stretch but that's my general idea

Just a suggestion as the loot crate or box can be cheap and contain items like plush toys, buttons, or other collectible stuff conventions are notorious for as maybe some members don't play video games or have access to Steam.

 

Plus, if there are people from the forum that are going to be at the convention, it would be a good way to meet each other, chat and play board games, heh that sounds like the plot of the first season of The Guild.

That does sound amazing, but there's only a few people currently located in Canada right? What if members in Europe win? Do I ship a box over there?

 

I really wish I could be more forth coming as the idea of sending a gift into someone's home is actually marvellous and a lot more personal. However I do have limited oportunities here and I've chosen gifts that are not only steam, for the record. ^^

 

Gathering people for the convention is definitely something you should try to do, though! Wish I could join you!!

There were a bunch of conventions going on in Ontario this summer, I kinda wish I could've got a work term out there so I could have gone. We still got our local con I guess haha.
