I have always wanted to have this question answered: Is there a giant screen in the capital of France that runs Jerry Lewis constantly?

Why don't more Frenchies speak English? I've been playing Payday with a chick from Paris for the last week or so and she speaks 0% English and my French is passiable at best. I know a dozer shows up when she starts yelling merdi over and over. It's kinda cute.
